God grant me serenity to accept the things I can not change To change the things I can And the wisdom to know the difference
Funny thing happened to me. Remember the day my hub and I fought about brushing teeth? I called my BFF that night after I put a letter in his pocket. I really needed a shoulder to cry on, I supposed. I am not telling that I am a woman who cries easily BECAUSE OF A MAN. In this case, I am often afraid that my tears is my defeat to conquer my emotion.I prefer to hold my tears out until my throat hurts. It feels like my main blood to my brain suddenly being stopped. But even a man can cry to release his emotion, right? So, why can’t I?Revenant des mottons, [anyway..] I called my BFF. As she hung up her cell, I could not hold my tears out any longer. She sounded worried but her reaction was so in control. Wait…it didn’t sound like her. She’s a drama queen forever and always over-reacted, (without being negative). I did not give a damn at the beginning. So, after my cry began quite, I finally could hear the back sound at the other side. Hush! Why couldn’t I hear sound of horns, of cars, of chatter? She said she was on the way home from her office. OMIGOD…is she….I suddenly guessed her with my question, “so… where are you now?” I asked her between my sobs. She sounded surprised with my unexpected question.“What do you mean?” she answered me back. She giggled awkwardly. In few second, after examining her situation, I asked her with a more surprising question,“Are you in a hotel room with a man?” (I asked this unbelievable question not without any reason. Since we’ve been friend for years and I’ve known her too much, the question was reasonable and explicable)She bursted with her big laugher, “how do you know that!” she was so curious. “Well, it’s not hard for me to know that. It’s too silent to be in the public transportation…”“How could you examine me while crying about your sadness?”“Are you kidding me? Have you read ‘Why Men Don’t Listen and Women Can’t Read Maps’ I recommended you?” She laughed harder than ever.Men…believe me! Only women who can do many things at a same time. Don’t ask me why because we really can. Anatomically women’s brain really can do that. We can drive a car, while listening to the radio’s chat, putting a lipstick on and talking on the cell AT THE SAME TIME. For me who obviously a mother and a housewife, I sometimes cook while doing the laundry, singing Michael Bublé, feeding my son. Well men, you all don’t have to go to a circus to see an acrobatic because it’s already on your face. That’s women do everyday. Shocking? You’d better be!

When you are lonely I wish you love. When you are down I wish you joy. When you are troubled I wish you peace. When things are complicated I wish you simple beauty. When things are chaotic I wish you inner peace. When things looks empty I wish you hope.:)
May you be blessed with good friends. May you be a good friend to yourself. May you be able to journey to that place in your soul Where there is great love, warmth, feeling and forgiveness. May this change you. May it transfigure that which is negative, distant or cold in you. May you be brought into the real passion, kinship and affinity of belonging.
May you treasure your friends.
May you be good to them and may you be there for them; May they bring you all the blessings, challenges, truth and light That you need on your journey.
May you never be isolated.
May you always be in the gentle nest of belonging With your anam cara...(soul friend).
"May you be blessed with good friends. May you learn to be a good friend to yourself?." (p. 36)
